143 natural fires extinguished in Russia per day

“Over the past day, 143 forest fires have been extinguished in Russia on an area of ​​4,785 hectares,” RIA Novosti reports a message from Avialesookhrana.

It is noted that by midnight on April 18, 48 forest fires were active in Russia on an area of ​​3082 hectares.

Earlier, in the Trans-Baikal Territory, a high alert regime was introduced due to fires.
