  The participating citizens are mainly Sha Tin residents under the age of 10 and over the age of 60.

Shatin District Commissioner O Ka-lok, Legislative Councillors Chu Kwok-keung, Deng Fei and Citizen Power Chairman Poon Kwok-shan came to the scene to care about the health of the public and understand their needs.
