On the 15th, the Saitama District Prosecutor's Office charged three mothers who were arrested for assaulting a 5-year-old boy in a house in Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture, for assaulting them and killing them.

Defendants Tomoka Kakimoto (30) and unemployed Hiroki Niwa (34), a dispatched employee in Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture, and Yoko Ishii (54), the wife of Niwa's inner relatives, were indicted.

According to the indictment, on January 18, the three people died by throwing Kakimoto's eldest son, Ayumu-kun (5), to the floor in a house in the city where he lived together, and also made a hole under the floor of the house. He has been charged with lethal injury and abandonment of the corpse for digging and burying the body.

The prosecution has not disclosed the approval or disapproval, but according to investigators, the three have made statements to the effect that they were "for discipline" in the police investigations so far.

Police continue to investigate the details of life and childcare, suspecting that the three may have been assaulted on a daily basis.
