The international real estate company, Christie's, listed a luxury mansion in New York for sale, noting that it was built in the early twentieth century and has not been inhabited by anyone for more than 100 years.
According to the British newspaper, “Metro”, the palace was built during the years 1901-1903, and at the present time it looks like a “time capsule” that goes back in history.
The palace is located among adjacent buildings known as "Townhouse", in the upscale Murray Hill neighborhood of New York City, and is owned by only two families.
The owners maintain that the palace has been almost untouched since the early 20th century, and most of its original features remain.
The palace, which has an area of 3464.5 square meters, consists of 8 floors, and includes 12 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.
It also has a gym, a private hot tub, as well as a large kitchen, patio, and cellar.
Christie's pointed out that the inner staircase in the palace is designed from luxurious "mahogany" decorative wood, as it leads to all floors, including the service staircase in the basement.
The building also offers wonderful views of the skyscraper "Empire State Building" and the "Chrysler Building", which is one of the famous landmarks in New York City.
The palace has a high-tech security system installed along with smart home automation technology.
