The Ukrainian edition of "ELLE" magazine is publishing a special online issue on life in the country since the start of the war and looking ahead to life after.

Entitled "Hope Issue", "the issue of hope", this event issue was made possible thanks to the local editorial staff and the mobilization of ELLE International.

"Between despair and hope, this issue is dedicated to how the lives of Ukrainians have changed since February 24."

This sentence is signed by Sonya Zabouga, the editor-in-chief of

ELLE Ukraine

, in the editorial of the new issue of the magazine.

Despite the war in Ukraine,

ELLE Ukraine

is indeed putting an exceptional number online, entitled "Hope Issue", "the number of hope".

Since the beginning of the war, all the editorial staff of this edition have remained in the country to multiply the interviews and reports on this very violent news, especially for women.

A number supported by global luxury

To support the work of its teams, the international publishing house ELLE (which belongs to the Lagardère group) launched an appeal from Paris to its international advertisers.

The objective: to finance the release of this exceptional issue.

Nearly 20 international clients from the French, Italian and American luxury sector responded to this call.

All these funds allowed the publication of the magazine, distributed free of charge on the

ELLE Ukraine

website and Ukrainian digital kiosks.

This moving "Hope Issue" offers reports, photographs and portraits of women and men who are fighting for peace in their country.
