The Egyptian judiciary says its word against photographer Moka Hegazy

The Criminal Court in Egypt sentenced Moaz M., accused of exploiting Tik Tok girl Mocha Hegazy, photographing her in indecent clothes, violating the values ​​and principles of society, to 3 years and a fine of 100,000 pounds.

The investigation authorities in Giza referred the accused of exploiting Mocha Hegazy, photographing her in indecent clothes, and violating the values ​​and principles of society, to the Criminal Court;

to stand trial for the accusations against him.



Muadh. M. faces accusations of sexual and commercial exploitation of Mocha;

forcing her to shoot and publish video clips of revealing clothes and performing indecent dances;

for the purpose of making a profit.

He also faces charges, along with the accused, Moka Hijazi, of violating the values ​​and principles of society, violating the sanctity of the private life of the community, and managing and using a website and private account on the Internet;

With the aim of facilitating the commission of the aforementioned crimes, according to "Cairo 24".

Investigations conducted by the Public Prosecution revealed that the 16-year-old girl had met a number of young men and girls, and their relations gradually began to strengthen;

Until someone convinced her to create an account on the "Tik Tok" application, and use it to post videos;

To achieve high viewing rates, and to benefit financially, through the advertisements that will be poured on them.

Earlier, lawyer Nabil Naji, the defendant's defense, said that Moka is a 17-year-old girl, like any other normal girl, as she was living with her father in Algeria, but she moved to live here in Egypt.
