　　Li Chuanwen, male, Han nationality, born in October 1967, from Jinzhou, Liaoning Province, started working in September 1991, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1999, and has a university degree.

　　From April 2001 to August 2014, successively served as Party Committee Member and Vice President of Agricultural Bank of China Dalian Jinzhou Sub-branch, Party Committee Member, Vice President (in charge of work), Party Committee Secretary and President of Lushun Sub-branch; Dalian City Branch Asset Risk Director of the Management Department, Director of the Assets Disposal Department, General Manager of the Business Department of the Company; Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch;
