Over the past year, the number of cases filed by public security organs has dropped by 18.7% year-on-year, and has maintained a year-on-year decline for nine consecutive months since June last year.
Since April last year, public security organs across the country have carried out in-depth special operations such as the "Yunjian-2021" campaign to crack down on telecommunication and network fraud and crimes. The year-on-year increases were 28.5% and 76.6% respectively, hitting a record high.

The draft anti-telecommunications network fraud law has passed the preliminary review of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and multiple departments have jointly issued relevant legal guidance to increase the punishment of telecommunications network fraud and related crimes. , All-round crackdown and punishment of telecommunications network fraud and crimes provided a strong support.
