Adam Levine has just bought a sumptuous property located in Montecito for the modest sum of 52 million dollars.

Vast 930 square meters, this huge villa with six bedrooms displays a warm style all in woodwork.

In addition, the property includes a large swimming pool accompanied by its own pavilion, a tennis court, but also a guest house with two bedrooms.

Built in 2009 for Rob Lowe, the latter parted with it in 2020 for $44.5 million as Dirt points out.

The ex-owner therefore pocketed a comfortable capital gain by selling this residence to the singer of Maroon 5 during an off-market transaction.

However, as we will see, the artist may well never put his suitcases there.

Buying fever

In recent years, Adam Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo have multiplied real estate transactions, buying properties with a vengeance to resell them as quickly.

For example, in 2018, they acquired a house in Beverly Hills for $33.9 million before reselling it for $42.5 million to Ellen DeGeneres a year later.

The following year, they managed to make a $5.8 million capital gain by parting ways with another property in Montecito that they had purchased three months before.

And hold on tight, the couple just sold a Pacific Palisades mansion for $57.5 million, nearly double the $31.95 million they paid in 2018 when they bought it from Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck.

So who knows what they will do with this new addition to their real estate portfolio…
