In the process of urgently transferring an employee from an airport outsourcing unit who tested positive for COVID-19 on March 24, Li Shuifei passively shied the blame and lacked responsibility, resulting in a delay in the transfer process and adverse effects, and was dismissed from party and administrative positions.
2. Zhou Baoguo, deputy secretary and dean of the Party Branch of the Huangpu District Mental Health Center, had lax management and ineffective handling of the epidemic prevention and control work.
Zhou Baoguo did not perform his duties correctly in the epidemic prevention and control work, which led to the infection of many patients and employees in the Pudong branch of the center, which caused adverse effects. He was removed from party and administrative positions and accepted further investigation and handling.
