After continuous investigation and control, on February 23, 2021, the police mastered important information: Ruan Mou smuggling gang planned to transfer batches of foreigners who entered illegally from Chongzuo and Baise border areas through Nanning and transported them to Guangdong on the same day. At the same time, the police initially grasped that 18 factories in Zhangzhou, Fuzhou, Fujian, Shantou, Huizhou, Zhongshan, Jiangmen and other places in Guangdong used about 200 illegal immigrants to work.
At the same time, after a thorough investigation, the Chongzuo direction task force successfully grasped the specific information of two Guangdong "snakeheads", Ruan Mou and Guan Mou, and identified 15 enterprises and factories that employ illegal foreign workers, involving many Provinces (regions) and cities.

Good indolence and evil work on the road of no return

After many transfers, Aaron went to work in a food factory in Zhangzhou, Fujian.
During his employment, Aaron gradually learned to speak Mandarin.
When he learned that the benefits of organizing foreigners to work in factories were much higher than his own labor income, he had the idea of being a "snake head".
Half a year later, Aaron officially began to "take orders".
For the first time, he organized and manipulated more than 10 foreigners to successfully evade attack and enter China to work.
In the following years, Aaron's "business" has grown bigger and bigger.
During the peak period, more than 300 foreigners were organized by him to work in the factory.
Recently, the Jingxi Court held that after a trial, Aaron organized others to cross the country (border) border by a large number of people, and his behavior constituted the crime of organizing others to cross the country (border) border.
Aaron was sentenced to 13 years and 6 months in prison and a fine of RMB 50,000.
