are among the healthiest raw foods as various sprouts like radish provide excellent nutrition, while broccoli sprouts help prevent cancer as eating one and a half cups of broccoli sprouts daily can reduce the chances of developing cancer by 50%.

A recent epidemiological study, consisting of 206 other studies in humans, revealed that the most cancer-preventive, heart-healthy, and obesity-preventing foods are vegetables.

Tomatoes


It is recommended to eat tomatoes for men because they contain nutrients that protect against prostate cancer, and cherry tomatoes are the best option.

Green tea


It is recommended to replace your morning cup of coffee with green tea for additional health benefits, as Jones explains that green tea may not only help prevent cancer, but also have antiviral and antibacterial properties.


Nuts and Seeds


Almonds are a great source of protein, fiber and vitamin E.


Flax seeds also provide a large number of nutrients to help prevent cancer, such as omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E.
