When faced with the choice between the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the university's direct doctoral program, he chose to pursue a doctoral degree directly at the Institute of Intellectual Sensing, School of Control, under the tutelage of Professor Zhang Guangxin. Meng Wei attributed the reason for the graduation to the fact that he participated in too many horizontal projects and not enough mentors and guidance was not objective, and he ignored many of his own problems.

Meng Wei hopes to continue his studies and obtain a doctorate degree after graduation. The college respects and understands this.

The mentor group has guided many times and proposed revisions, but Meng Wei has not yet completed the revision task.
