Unstable weather on Corsica and PACA

In the afternoon, the snowfall will be limited to the relief from 400 to 500 m altitude while weakening.

On the Pyrenees, there too, the clouds will remain blocked and accompanied by snowfall, from an altitude of 300 m in the morning, then 500 m during the day.

On Corsica and in the Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur region, the weather will be more unstable, with an increasingly threatening sky in the morning, announcing numerous showers, sometimes stormy, which will give snow on the relief. from 800 to 1000 m.

On the other hand, near the English Channel, clouds and showers will be numerous in the morning, a few flakes will be possible.

As the afternoon progresses, the showers will subside.

Over the rest of the country, the sky will be more variable, alternating cloudy periods and beautiful sunny spells.

In the Southwest, clouds will become predominant in the afternoon and will sometimes be accompanied by showers.

The mistral and the tramontane will blow in gusts at 70/80 km/h then weaken in the evening.

The frosts will be almost generalized in the country, apart from the seaside, with minimums which will drop to -4 at 0 ° C, locally -5 in the North-East and the Massif Central.

The maximum will be between 4 and 8 degrees in the Northeast, 6 to 10 degrees in the rest of the country, 9 to 14 degrees in the Mediterranean regions.
