Grimes has just announced that she plans to create an "intergalactic children's book set in the metaverse."

A concept that will seem vague to ordinary mortals, even after hearing the explanations given by the artist during the Avalanche Summit – Avalanche being a blockchain protocol – which was held in Barcelona last week.

In summary, Grimes' educational project will be part of Culture Catalyst, a $100 million budget initiative launched by the Avalanche Foundation and NFT platform OP3N.

It will aim to finance projects for musicians, filmmakers and other artists on Web 3.0, another name given to the metaverse.

Babies in the metaverse?

“When I was on Web3 for the first time, it was kind of the project I was hoping to find.

I look forward to collaborating with OP3N to launch a series of educational works for babies and toddlers with the aim of creating a deep experience for them, but also deeply meaningful for adults,” said Grimes, comments relayed by bitcoin.com.

Recall that Grimes is the mother of two children, both from her relationship with Elon Musk.
