The editorial magazine takes you today to Rosario, sometimes nicknamed the “Argentinian Chicago”.
A comparison that dates back to the 1930s, when the installation of powerful Sicilian mafias in this great agro-industrial port had made it, for a time, the capital of gambling and prostitution.
While Rosario currently has a homicide rate three times higher than the national average, this old nickname is resurfacing.
Plagued by corruption and drug traffickers, the third largest city in the country is once again the capital of organized crime in Argentina.
