Kagawa Prefecture announced on the 31st that it was confirmed that 308 new people were infected with the new coronavirus.
It was also announced that two men in their 80s, who had been confirmed to be infected, had died.
Infection was confirmed in 29,596 people in Kagawa prefecture, and 111 people died.
