On the first day of arriving at the police station, the police station assigned Chen Guo, secretary of the Youth League Branch, to bring the new police officers to the home of the elderly Huang Aiming, the target of assistance, to carry out condolence activities.

"Chen Guo is like my child." Elder Huang Aiming said.
Huang Aiming is a lonely old man in Liang Village, Litang Town, Binyang County. He was 85 years old at the time.
On weekdays, Chen Guo would visit Huang Aiming whenever she had time to help the old man clean and tidy the room, wash the dishes, and accompany the old man to chat with him.

Chen Guo is the sheriff of the police station line and the "main force" of the assistance activities, while Wei Jieying is the internal staff of the police station.

Wei Jieying is friendly and good at dealing with children.
The three sisters from the Lu family in Sancha Village, Heji Town, Binyang County, Guangxi, who they helped together, are particularly attached to Wei Jieying.
Wei Jieying also often tutors the three children with their homework, using her expertise to teach them to draw and learn English.
In her spare time, Wei Jieying also draws the scenes of volunteer activities into vivid cartoons and saves them.
"A person who can insist on taking care of the elderly will definitely not be bad, at least a person with filial piety." Wei Jieying said.
At the end of 2016, Chen Guo was named "2016 Outstanding Volunteer in the Region" by the Spiritual Civilization Construction Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The two also held hands because of love and entered the stage of love.

In July 2017, Chen Guo was transferred to work at the Nanning Railway Public Security Bureau due to his outstanding work performance.
Because of his concern for the people he helped, he would go to Binyang whenever he was free, and every time he went to Binyang, he would visit the old man Huang Aiming and the left-behind children he helped.
