Gifu Prefecture and others announced on the 30th that 520 people were newly infected with the new coronavirus.
As for the confirmation of infection in one day, it fell below the same day of the previous week for the first time in 8 days.
Two deaths were also announced.
A total of 67,170 people have been confirmed to be infected in the prefecture.
