  In addition, Hong Kong will revoke the "circuit breaker mechanism" for regional flights to Australia, Canada, France, India, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, the United Kingdom and the United States from April 1. Hong Kong residents in the above nine places can board the plane to arrive Hong Kong, and need to undergo compulsory quarantine at designated quarantine hotels.

Carrie Lam said that the designated quarantine hotels will strictly implement epidemic prevention requirements and inspections of ventilation systems, and the SAR government will have personnel to supervise the implementation of epidemic prevention requirements.
