The "Mickey's Journal" reveals the results of its ritual poll on the favorite personalities of children aged 7 to 14.
Edith Rieubon, the editor-in-chief of the magazine, deciphers at the microphone of Europe 1 the results of this ranking, which say a lot about the society in which the children questioned evolve.
Mickey's Journal
unveils Wednesday the new vintage of its annual ranking of children's favorite personalities.
In the lead, the 7-14 year olds questioned placed Soprano.
This is the third year in a row that the 43-year-old Marseille rapper has been voted children's favorite personality.
In second place, we find the youtuber Michou, who we could see in the last season of
Dancing with the stars
.
This is the first time it has appeared in this ranking.
Kylian Mbappé wins the bronze medal.
He is back on the podium since he was only in 13th place last year.
This survey, which presents the 43 favorite personalities of children, was carried out as every year by
Le Journal de Mickey
and the Ipsos institute.

"This is the first time that youtubers have entered this ranking", specifies on Europe 1 Edith Rieubon, editor-in-chief of
Journal de Mickey
.
"Another thing that I found very interesting: the arrival of Thomas Pesquet, in fourth position. In recent years, he was very popular with college students, but did not yet enter the rankings because he was not well enough known to the youngest. This year, he is known to everyone there."
Few women in the ranking
"It is also the great return of athletes, who had somewhat disappeared for lack of major international competitions", she also observes.
"We have Antoine Griezmann in 8th place, Hugo Lloris is 5th, and Teddy Riner in 11th place."
Among the newcomers to the ranking, Wejdene, the duo Mc Fly and Carlito, and Grand Corps Malade are making their debut.
But there are still very few women, eight out of 43 personalities.
"It's a real subject", recognizes Edith Rieubon.
"And yet, when we submit our list of personalities to the children, we make sure to put a lot of women. That says a lot about our society. The girls, in their top 10, put girls and boys. In the top 10 of boys, there are only boys. There is not the same ability to project. On the other hand, I think that all the efforts made to put women first will be seen in the poll within a year. Anyway, that's what I hope."
