Announcement on the city's delineation of control areas during the epidemic prevention and control period
In order to further strengthen the epidemic prevention and control work and ensure the lives, health and safety of the people, the Huainan Epidemic Prevention and Control Emergency Comprehensive Headquarters has decided to delineate the city's control area. The announcement is as follows:
1. Identify Minority Village of Lichong Hui Township in Fengtai County, Lichong Village of Lichong Hui Township in Fengtai County, and Feibei Village of Liuji Town in Fengtai County as medium-risk areas.
2. Identify Lichong Hui Township in Fengtai County, Feibei Village, Liuji Town, Fengtai County, Building 7 Linshui Yayuan, Chengguan Town, Fengtai County, Chen Wu Team of Xieying Neighborhood Committee, Chengguan Town, Fengtai County, Hao Hao, Bagongshan Township, Shou County Wei Village and Building 31 of Nanshan Courtyard in Shannan New District are closed and controlled areas.
3. Determine Chengguan Town in Fengtai County, Liuji Town in Fengtai County, Fenghuang Town in Fengtai County, Bagongshan Township in Shou County, and Nanshanyuan Community in Shannan New District as control areas.
4. It is determined that Huainan City is a precautionary area except for the above-mentioned areas.
V. The city's counties and districts implement a hierarchical control system:
1. The control measures of "area closed, stay at home, and door-to-door service" are implemented in the closed control area.
All personnel in the closed area shall conduct health monitoring, implement a daily zero reporting system, conduct temperature monitoring and symptom inquiries, etc. every morning and afternoon, and do a good job of health monitoring registration, such as fever, dry cough, fatigue and other abnormal symptoms Timely transfer to the designated hospital.
2. The control area implements the control measures of "people do not leave the area, gatherings are strictly prohibited".
Monitor the temperature and symptoms of all personnel in the control area, and implement a daily zero reporting system.
If symptoms such as fever, dry cough, and fatigue are found, they should be transferred to the designated hospital in time.
Those found to be positive for nucleic acid tests in the control area are immediately transferred to the sealed control area.
3. Prevent and implement the control measures of "strengthening social control and strictly restricting the gathering of people".
