On March 28, the 2022 Hubei Yichang Yangtze River (Zhijiang Section) ship-shore joint fire drill was held.
The drill simulated a fire when a ship traveled to the Zhijiang section of the Yangtze River, and people were trapped, fixed fire-fighting facilities were damaged, and the fire spread.
After receiving the alarm, CSC Public Security, Changjiang Maritime and Fire Department dispatched boats and fire trucks and quickly arrived at the scene to participate in the rescue.
The fire department quickly completed the rescue channel setting, covered the evacuees, set up mobile water cannons to suppress the fire, and finally controlled the "dangerous situation" in an efficient and orderly manner.
Zhijiang City is located on the north bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. It is the only plain county and city in the Three Gorges region.
