He married her 6 times in 15 years.. and finally resorted to the court to ask for a divorce

A wife filed a tort divorce suit, against her husband, before the Family Court in Egypt, claiming the impossibility of ten between them, and fearing for herself and her children from her husband’s violence, and accusing him of depriving her of her rights, and squandering his money on his repeated marriages and divorces, bringing the number of women he was associated with to 6, and she said “May God take revenge on him, he destroyed my life, he deprived me of my rights,” because of his many infidelities and his frequent marriages, and she added, “I stayed for 15 patient years, perhaps fixing his condition without any result.”

The wife stated: "When I asked for a divorce, he decided to take revenge on me, deprived me of the marital home, detained my children with him, and seized my rights with hundreds of thousands, although he is well off, and I failed to persuade him to stop his crazy behavior despite the mediation of close people, he destroyed my life, and made me live with him under the threat".

The wife confirmed the material and moral damage caused to her because of his repeated marriages, and when she complained to his family that he cursed her and they advised her to endure, which did not happen, after he used to beat her when she objected to his behavior and brutal treatment, which prompted her to seek divorce in the family court.

According to the Personal Status Law, it is sufficient to prove the harm, for the judge to issue his ruling, whether the harm is mistreatment, bad morals or adultery. The important thing is that the wife can provide evidence and witnesses to prove the harm inflicted on her.

Just as if the court was unable to reconcile between the spouses and found it impossible to live together, and the wife insisted on divorce, the court ruled to divorce them with an irrevocable divorce, with the wife’s financial rights dropping all or some of them and obligating her to pay appropriate compensation.
