Kagawa Prefecture announced on the 26th that it was confirmed that 273 new people were infected with the new coronavirus.
It was also announced that a man in his 80s, who had been confirmed to be infected, had died.
Infection was confirmed in 28,104 people in Kagawa prefecture, and 106 people died.
