1. Basic information of relevant personnel and the enterprises involved

2. Investigation
(1) Regarding Wang Li's rudeness to the masses

(2) Regarding the issues reported by the parties concerned that Blue Tree Valley Company organizes employees to apply for business licenses for individual industrial and commercial households, tax evasion and money laundering
It is now found that Blue Tree Valley Company organized employees to apply for business licenses for individual industrial and commercial households and falsely issued invoices, but it did not result in the consequences of underpaying taxes.
In June 2018, Blue Tree Valley Company mobilized 21 employees including Tian Moujuan to apply for the business license of individual industrial and commercial households and engraved the official seal in order to apply for the entrepreneurial park project and strive for supportive policies, and gave a monthly subsidy of 300 yuan.
Tian Moujuan applied for a business license named "Pingdu City Moujuan Daily Use Department Store", and received a monthly subsidy of 300 yuan from the company from September 2018 to July 2019.
Afterwards, the company failed to declare the business park project, and failed to return the centrally kept business license and official seal to the employees in a timely manner.
From October 2018 to October 2020, Blue Tree Valley Company falsely issued 115 ordinary VAT invoices with a false amount of 900,548.38 yuan through fictitious business behavior between 21 individual industrial and commercial households and enterprises; the affiliated company Qingdao Gangcheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. falsely issued 671 ordinary VAT invoices, with a false amount of 6,614,890.89 yuan, and understated its sales of goods by 271,541.59 yuan in revenue.
After the two companies adjusted their accounts according to regulations, they were still in a state of loss, and there was no actual consequence of underpaying taxes.
At present, the tax authorities have imposed penalties of 50,000 yuan and 150,000 yuan respectively on Blue Tree Valley Company and Qingdao Gangcheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. for false invoicing; and imposed a fine of 11,567.67 yuan on Qingdao Gangcheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. for understating income. penalty decision.
As the two companies are suspected of false invoicing crimes, the case has been transferred to the public security organs for handling according to law.
The investigation team did not find that the Blue Tree Valley Company reported by the parties had a crime of money laundering.
(3) Issues concerning the parties’ administrative detention and punishment by the public security organs, etc.
It is now found that Xie Mouwu and Tian Moujuan did not follow the procedures stipulated in the "Regulations on Letters and Visits" to express their demands, and committed illegal acts that disrupted the normal order of letters and visits and social public order. Xie Mouwu and Tian Moujuan were sentenced to administrative detention respectively. The facts of the case were clear and the basis for punishment was clear.
In this regard, the parties did not apply for administrative reconsideration or file an administrative lawsuit within the statutory time limit.
Xie Mouwu and Tian Moujuan continued to carry out illegal acts under the condition that the public security organs had imposed administrative penalties on their illegal acts during the visit; The injury was caused by his own bruise), and he refused the medical malpractice identification, so he reported the threat to the relevant higher authorities, and demanded 30,000 yuan for "compensation" from a hospital in Pingdu City.
The conduct of two or more persons was suspected of the crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble, and was placed on file for investigation by the Pingdu Municipal Public Security Bureau and took criminal compulsory measures. The case was handled in accordance with legal procedures, and there was no extended detention.
In response to the fact that Tian Moujuan was "beaten" as reported by the parties, after investigation, there was no evidence to prove that local staff beat Tian Moujuan.
3. Accountability
In response to the ineffective performance of duties and dereliction of duty and dereliction of duty by relevant units and personnel in the process of handling the problems reported by Xie Mouwu and Tian Moujuan, the discipline inspection and supervision organs have taken the following measures according to the procedures:
