The media spokesman for the Riyadh police stated that the police in the region arrested four people, a Saudi, residents of Jordanian nationality, and a resident of Egyptian nationality, who posted fake links through social media, impersonating electronic applications and official platforms for electronic services, with the aim of defrauding and obtaining personal access data. Entering their bank accounts and seizing their money with the participation of people outside the Kingdom.
The media spokesman for the Riyadh police confirmed, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), that they were arrested, and legal measures were taken against them, and they were referred to the Public Prosecution.
