1. Nucleic acid testing of all employees in the city

2. Offices and institutions work from home

3. Non-urban security enterprises stop operating or work from home

4. Stop all non-essential flows and activities

For those who really need to take public transportation due to special circumstances such as medical treatment, as well as passengers coming (returning) from airports, railway stations, etc., they can choose to take taxis and online car-hailing.
