The irrational Chen Mouyun smashed Zhang Mou with a hoe during the dispute. Zhang Mou could not dodge in time, and unfortunately was hit and died.

After the murder, the police in Leiyang, Hunan immediately issued a wanted order and organized the investigation and pursuit of the criminal suspect Chen Mouyun.

  On the afternoon of February 24, the coastal police station of the Hongdao Institute dispatched key police officers to cooperate with investigators from the Criminal Police Brigade of the Leiyang City Public Security Bureau to rush to Changjiang, Hainan to arrest the suspected man. captured.
