The UAE labor market is considered one of the most interactive and developed markets in the world, with its flexible and organized legislation, which makes the UAE a land of opportunities for safe investments, with its diversity between major and emerging investments. The country has become a destination for many international companies, to open regional branches for them.

The UAE has also become the preferred destination globally for young people from all over the world to live and work in, due to the great potential it provides for them to succeed, whether in jobs or private work.

At a time when the labor market within the country is witnessing a diversity of jobs and businesses, there are still citizen cadres looking for suitable job opportunities that fulfill their aspirations towards achieving their future, and guarantee them financial and moral stability, as well as family stability.

Looking at the decisions, directives and initiatives, all of which are aimed at supporting the employment of national cadres, we find that they are numerous, and are not without incentives to absorb these cadres, and provide the means for their success.

Here, we must focus on two very important points, the first is that the UAE labor market is a “dynamic” market, which absorbs development quickly and may produce it, and the second is that the UAE is working on creating future opportunities and not waiting for them, and therefore these two points make the labor market Within the country, there is an arena for qualified and trained cadres in a way that gives them the ability to deal with market requirements and changes.

Our universities and institutes graduate hundreds of young people every year to join the labor market, but they need rehabilitation and training to engage in business and jobs, which drains a lot of time, effort and money to be able to deal with market requirements.

It must be emphasized that the gap between educational qualification and working life is not the responsibility of a particular party, but rather it is a tripartite responsibility, as it includes the graduate himself, educational facilities, and work entities, whether governmental or private. The graduate must have the desire and self-motivation to turn to Rehabilitate himself, to be able to deal with the needs of the labor market and its developments, and educational facilities need to enhance practical education, so that the training of its students is not limited to a certain number of hours in the academic year, but rather that practical training must be in any of the governmental and private agencies that go in parallel with Academic education in classrooms, each representing 50% of the student’s study, with a focus on academic disciplines that qualify them for future jobs.

As for the employers, they are responsible for the training partnership for students during their studies, and the support in all its forms for graduates during their work periods, in order to be able to push them towards showing their creative potential at work.
