  At the time of the incident, Li Chenbin, a network technician from Guangxi Mobile, was working on a mountain near the accident when he suddenly heard a loud explosion, and then saw billowing black smoke billowing from the nearby mountain.

Li Chenbin said that he was about 200 meters away from the scene of the accident in a straight line. After hearing the sound of the explosion, he and his colleagues drove to the scene of the accident.

After arriving, Li Chenbin and his colleagues parked the car on the side of the road, turned over a hill, and saw the wreckage of the plane. At 14:30, he used his mobile phone to call the police.

  Li Chenbin said that there were no mountains at the crash site, but mostly small hills.

About half an hour after the crash, the wildfire started.

The largest wreckage seen at the scene was the wing with the China Eastern Airlines logo.

  After the accident, local police, medical staff, firefighters, armed police, Guangxi Mobile Company and other rescue forces quickly rushed to the scene to carry out rescue.

The Guangxi Health and Health Commission immediately organized 12 experts in critical illness, burns, orthopedic surgery, and trauma to go to Teng County for support.

At present, the Wuzhou Municipal Health and Health Commission has dispatched more than 80 medical staff and 36 ambulances to the scene, set up rescue points on the scene, arranged first- and second-line treatment hospitals, set up fast lanes, and prepared blood and various rescue materials and equipment.

The first batch of more than 50 psychologists from all over the region are rushing to the scene one after another.

  As of 17:00 pm, Guangxi Mobile has added a PTN transmission equipment, expanded the capacity of 4 PTN equipment, added 20G uplink transmission bandwidth to ensure base station communication, dispatched 11 security personnel, and 3 comprehensive security vehicles arrived at the scene to carry out security , a large emergency communication vehicle is on standby near the scene.

At present, 3 medium-sized emergency communication vehicles and 1 satellite vehicle, 7 emergency repair personnel and a batch of charging treasures are on their way to rescue.
