  Lavrov also said that Russia is looking forward to signing a comprehensive security agreement with Ukraine, including Ukraine's neutrality, and ending special military operations in Ukraine.

Earlier, the head of the Russian delegation to the Russian-Ukrainian negotiation, Mezinsky, said that the two sides were close to reaching an agreement on the issue of Ukraine's neutrality.
