Pandemic and bunkers inspire a series for the creator of "La Casa de papel"

The spin off of

devoted to Berlin has not yet been released - it is expected for 2023 - but Alex Pina already has a new project on the fire for Netflix.

According to the Deadline site, the Spanish screenwriter and producer is working on a series which he was inspired by reading an article about the craze for buying bunkers after the first waves of the Covid-19 pandemic.

has thus renewed his creative partnership with Netflix.

He says the platform allows him to produce “risky and different projects, with complete freedom of writing.”
