When the community staff informed Liu that he needed to observe at home and conduct nucleic acid testing, he still left his home without authorization on the morning of March 18 to take a walk near a supermarket in Dongcheng District, causing the risk of spillover and spread of the epidemic.
At present, Liu Moumou's nucleic acid test is positive, and his close relatives are suspected to be positive.
Liu Moumou has been investigated by the police on suspicion of the crime of obstructing the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, and will be dealt with in accordance with the law after being cured.
