"Across the River During Qingming Festival" is a masterpiece handed down by Zhang Zeduan, a famous master of the Northern Song Dynasty, and has high historical and artistic value.

A few days ago, Li Shaoyu, the intangible inheritor of Miao embroidery, led two embroidery mothers to embroider the 7.2-meter-long Miao embroidery work "Along the River During Qingming Festival".

In Chongqing Pengshui Miao and Tujia Autonomous County, the "world Miao township", Miao embroidery has a long history.

Miao embroidery is a skill that the daughters of the Miao family must learn. Li Shaoyu has been learning this traditional embroidery skill from her grandmother and mother since she was 8 years old.

In this Miao embroidery work, various figures, buildings, street scenes, livestock, as well as bridges, ships, etc. are all embroidered lifelike, and every stitch and line contains the efforts of the three embroiderers.
