The Picture of the Year award was established in 1942 and is aimed at Swedish photojournalists.
This year, DN photographer Eva Tedesjö won for her image of a final military exercise in Zapad in Belarus.
Lisa Mattisson received the award for her compiled work during the past year, among other things for the pictures in the Expressen report "Byn som S glömde" and "Sexkolletivet i Dalarna".
- This means that I will get a job for at least half a year in the future, says freelance photographer Lisa Mattisson.
