Guest of "Culture Médias" on the occasion of the return of his program "Maison à vente" on M6, Stéphane Plaza indulged in some secrets about his new project: "Les Plaza en Vadrouille", a documentary following the trip of the favorite animator of the French with his father in Martinique, Tahiti, Japan and Spain.

INTERVIEW

Stéphane Plaza abandons his costume as a real estate agent to slip into that of an adventurer.

The host, invited to Philippe Vandel's microphone on the occasion of the return of his show

Maison à vente,

took the opportunity to present his brand new project: a documentary following his wanderings and those of his father in Martinique, Tahiti, Japan and Spain.

The favorite host of the French did not choose these four destinations at random.

"Martinique is the country my father dreams of. Tahiti is the country where he has never been", he explains in

"Japan is where it brought back a gold medal for the French cycling team," he continues.

"And I'm going to end up in Spain because that's where my grandmother, who I never knew, was born. I'm going to take my brother."

A documentary partly filmed on the iPhone

Stéphane Plaza and his father have already made the first leg of their journey during the Christmas holidays.

Father and son flew to the West Indies, in Martinique.

And, the immobilizer immortalized their stay thanks to his iPhone and drones, which filmed them throughout the day.

"There are also people who are with us. There is a team that comes. It's really documentary", he specifies.

"I am not filmed 24 hours a day, but in any case from 7 am. And we talk about real estate, food, and lifestyle".

This project is above all a way for the host to get closer to his 90-year-old father.

"My dad is very much alive. He's a cycling champion who is in very good shape," he confides to Philippe Vandel's microphone.

And to conclude, with humor: "I'm still waiting for the inheritance".
