Shen Yulan is the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jin'an District General Hospital of Fuzhou City.
In the second half of 2017, she voluntarily signed up to help Tibet. During the more than 700 days and nights she worked at the Basu County Hospital in Tibet, Shen Yulan received more than 2,200 patients and delivered more than 800 births.
Participated in 20 large and small rescues and more than 50 surgeries of various types.
In January 2020, after returning from the aid to Tibet, at the time of the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, Shen Yulan did not care about rest and actively participated in the prevention and control of the epidemic.
As an expert of the Epidemic Prevention and Control Steering Group, she was dispatched to several quarantine hotels, demonstrating her courage and dedication.
In 2022, Shen Yulan was awarded the National March 8 Red Banner Bearer.
