This is the objective of the new phase of research in the investigation into the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar.
It should start this Monday and see the deployment of high-tech drones above Cagnac-les-Mines by the gendarmes.
In order for these investigations to take place without interference, the Tarn prefecture issued an order on March 8 creating "a temporary overflight prohibition zone" with a radius of 2.2 kilometers around roughly the cemetery of the municipality and the chemin de Drignac which has already been extensively excavated.
The decree is valid from Monday March 14 at 8 a.m. to Thursday March 17 at 6 p.m.
A new release request for Cédric Jubillar
This new deployment comes as the lawyers of Cédric Jubillar, indicted for the murder of his wife, must defend before the magistrates of the Toulouse Court of Appeal a new request for the release of their client on Tuesday.
Delphine Jubillar, mother of two and in the process of divorcing, disappeared from her home in Cagnac-les-Mines on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020. Her husband Cédric was arrested and imprisoned six months later.
He has always maintained his innocence.
Despite intense research by the gendarmes, no trace of the Tarn nurse has been found so far.
