On March 12, a drone photographed the Aibi Lake Wetland Nature Reserve in Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang.

It was mid-March, the snow in the wetlands had melted, the ice was still there, and the lush reeds maintained their golden color.

Lake Aibi is now about 35 kilometers long and 18 kilometers wide. It is the lowest depression and the center of water and salt collection in the west of the Junggar Basin. Lake Aibi is the largest lake in the Junggar Basin and the largest saltwater lake in Xinjiang.
