For the first time since 2000, the Enfoirés album did not take the lead in sales during its first week of operation.
According to figures from the Syndicat National de l'Édition Phonographique, Stromae's third disc exceeds that of the troupe.
Multitude
indeed signs the best start of the year with 81,035 sales, including the figures for streaming and downloads.
It's slightly better than the release of
Racine Carrée
nine years ago.
At the time, the disc had recorded 80,882 sales and ended up selling more than two million copies.
Les Enfoirés under 100,000 sales
The Belgian artist therefore prevents the audio recording of the show
Un air d'Enfoirés
from ranking first in sales.
The album on which appear about thirty artists has sold 76,163 copies.
A figure down from last year since
Les Enfoirés 2021 – Next to you
had found 118,227 takers in seven days.
The troupe can reassure themselves thanks to physical sales, the criterion on which their album takes first place in the ranking.
The broadcast of the concert last week on TF1 was a hit with nearly eight million fans, but still had one of its worst audience scores.
Down sharply in one year, the Enfoirés show had also reached its lowest level since 1995.
