Michelle Pfeiffer and her husband, producer David E. Kelley, have managed to sell another of their Pacific Palisades properties.

A few months ago, the couple had pocketed nearly $ 3 million in capital gains by separating from one of the houses he owned in this very upscale locality.

But this time, the two stars agreed to take a dead loss.

They had acquired this building without much 7.7 million dollars in 2018. According to Dirt, the actress and the producer concluded the sale off market by stopping on a price amounting to 6.5 million dollars.

A cascade of sales

There is not much to say about this house of around 270 square meters built in the 1950s as it does not look like much from the outside.

However, its location gives it an unobstructed view from Santa Monica Canyon to Catalina Island.

In recent years, Michelle Pfeiffer and David E. Kelley, who have been married since 1993, have greatly lightened their wealth portfolio.

In 2019, they had already sold another property located in Pacific Palisades, but also a real estate complex present on 137 hectares in Canada, and finally a Californian stud farm which they had sold for 22 million dollars.
