Hongshan River Beach is an important node project of Wuhan Baili Ecological and Cultural Corridor, and it is also the last river beach in the central city where the "Two Rivers and Four Banks" plan is implemented.

The reporter saw at the scene that a cherry tree was planted every 6 meters on both sides of the embankment road, and there were also Tang-style post stations and flower path designs interspersed along the road.

According to reports, the Hongshan River Beach has planted seven kinds of cherry blossoms: Japanese evening cherry, early cherry, Hanfei cherry, Huazhong cherry, Yae weeping cherry, Yunnan early cherry, and Yuyi yellow cherry, a total of 700 trees.

In the blooming season, the colors of the flowers will be pure white, light pink, pink, light yellow, dark red and purple, etc., and the flowers will be clearly layered and beautiful when viewed from a distance.
