Sea Shepherd continues its fight against the project to set up a wind farm in the bay of Saint-Brieuc (Côtes-d'Armor).

The NGO positioned its ship

near the site on Wednesday, reports

.

Not far from there, a drill ship anchored some 8 nautical miles, or about 15 km, northeast of Saint-Quay-Portrieux (Côtes-d'Armor) to resume work.

Shooting

Held at a minimum distance of 500 meters, the passengers of the Sea Shepherd ship claimed to have carried out alarming acoustic measurements.

According to the captain, these reveal a real risk for the environment.

Composed in particular of a videographer and two photographers, the team captures images that it can send to other whistleblowers on land thanks to a satellite internet link.

The ship's captain says he can stay there until April.

In the meantime, the NGO has filed appeals with the Council of State and the European Commission to stop this wind farm, which is to last until the end of 2023.
