Lady Gaga is once again committed to mental health.
The singer, through her Born This Way foundation in partnership with the Canadian charity Jack, is launching the “Be There Certificate” this time.
This is a free online course, the objective of which is to teach young people to support themselves psychologically.

Kindness is cool
“With the Be There Certificate and through the work of the Born This Way Foundation and Jack.org, you can learn to be there for yourself and others with confidence, safety and kindness.
It can be daunting to start the conversation about mental health with someone else and offer support.
With the 'Be There' certificate, you learn how to be truly, kindly and safely available to someone while maintaining your own mental well-being,” she added.
The initiative was started by the singer and her mother, Cynthia Germanotta, who recalled the main objective of this project: "We strive to promote the mental health and well-being of young people by ensuring that kindness be cool, validating young people's emotions and breaking down the stigma around mental health.”
The online course is in English, of course, but also in Spanish and French.
