The Jordanian capital, Amman, witnessed the establishment of the second season of the Miss Cats competition in Jordan, with wide participation and sponsored by a company specialized in selling cat food.

Activists on social media reported pictures of the party that was held at the Days Inn Hotel in Amman last Saturday and ended with the coronation of the King and Miss Cats in Jordan.

According to the competition announcement, the conditions for participation stipulated that all cats should be free of diseases in general, and in the category of short hair and long hair for the registered and local.

It also required that the participating cat be over 5 months old.

The competition received great interaction among Jordanian activists on social media, some of whom expressed their admiration for the holding of these competitions in Jordan, and they transmitted pictures of the competition and considered it a nice means of entertainment, while some activists mocked the competition and criticized the timing in which it was held, as the Jordanian street faces stifling financial crises.

It is noteworthy that the "Long Hair" cat, Lisa, had won the Miss Cats competition in the first season of the competition, which was held for the first time two years ago.
