This week you may have heard of endometriosis.

Normal, it is the 18th European week of prevention and information on this disease which would affect one woman out of ten… and which still remains unknown.

But we will continue to talk about it well beyond.

Indeed, in this month of March, endometriosis awareness month,

continues to inform you about this particularly disabling female pathology.

In January, Emmanuel Macron got involved with the first strategy to fight endometriosis.

A month later, the Ministry of Health clarified a little the axes of this strategy.

The opportunity to break the taboo around this disease which is often summarized as follows: extremely painful periods.

However, we have been used to hearing “periods hurt, it's normal”.

For years, Yasmine Candau, head of the EndoFrance association, has been fighting to bring this disease out of the shadows.
