The draft for comments requires that in terms of the number of packaging layers, grain and its processed products, moon cakes and rice dumplings should not exceed three layers, and other commodities should not exceed four layers.
In terms of packaging costs, the production organization should take measures to control the cost of all packaging, except the packaging that is in direct contact with the contents, not to exceed 20% of the product's selling price.
