  At about 18:00 on December 25, 2021, Luo, who lives on the 7th floor of a community in Baolun Town, Lizhou District, had dinner with his wife and colleagues in a restaurant in Baolun Town. He had an argument with his wife after drinking, and the couple had an unhappy relationship. scattered.

An angry Luo returned home alone. He wanted to watch TV to calm himself down, but the remote control panel couldn't be used normally.

  In order to vent his displeasure, Luo picked up the TV and smashed it at the window, causing the TV to fall from the 7th floor together with the window, hitting two cars parked on the public road in the community, causing damage to the two cars to varying degrees.

After identification, the value of the loss of the two cars was 2,790 yuan, and Luo's behavior constituted the crime of high-altitude parabola.

  The case was investigated by the Lizhou District Bureau of Guangyuan City Public Security Bureau, and the defendant Luo was suspected of the crime of throwing objects from high altitude, and was transferred to the Lizhou District Procuratorate for review and prosecution on January 18 this year.

On March 7, the Lizhou District People's Court held a public hearing on the case in accordance with the law.

The court made a judgment in accordance with the law, and Luo pleaded guilty in court and did not appeal.
