The reporter learned from the press conference held by the Gansu Provincial People's Government Information Office on March 9 that from 0:00 on March 8, 2022 to 14:00 on March 9, 2022, there were 31 new local confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in Gansu.
Among them, there were 21 cases in Lanzhou New District and 10 cases in Lanzhou City (8 cases in Chengguan District, 1 case in Anning District, and 1 case in Yuzhong County).
There are 9 cases of asymptomatic infection, including 5 cases in Lanzhou New District, 3 cases in Baiyin City (2 cases in Baiyin District and 1 case in Jingtai County), 1 case in Lanzhou City, and 1 case in Chengguan District.
As of 14:00 on March 9, Gansu Province has reported a total of 53 local confirmed cases.
Among them, there are 36 cases in Lanzhou New District, 15 cases in Lanzhou City, 1 case in Jiuquan City, and 1 case in Baiyin City.
There were 10 asymptomatic infections, including 5 in Lanzhou New District, 3 in Baiyin City, 1 in Lanzhou City, and 1 in Linxia Prefecture.
At present, all confirmed cases are being treated in isolation in designated hospitals, and there is one critical case, which is being treated actively.
